We keep our intake process short and honest. On the scoping call we ask about your current content operation, your team structure, your existing tools, and your goals for the next 12 months. Within three business days of that call you will receive a written proposal — a clear document specifying the recommended tier or custom scope, the project timeline, the deliverables list, and the fixed price. No pressure, no obligation.

Foundation tier engagements typically complete in four to six weeks. Professional tier runs eight to ten weeks. Enterprise builds run ten to fourteen weeks. All timelines assume reasonable client availability for workshops, feedback rounds, and approval sign-offs.
Yes. The majority of our onboarding workshops are delivered remotely via video call. On-site workshops in Limerick, Dublin, Cork, or at client headquarters are available and included in the Professional and Enterprise tiers.
We work with the tools you already have wherever possible: Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, WordPress, Webflow, and most common CMS platforms. If your stack has gaps, we advise on the lightest-touch addition that closes them.
