Every Kingsley Group tier is a fixed-scope engagement with a defined set of deliverables, a stated timeline, and a single project lead. Prices are fixed in euro and invoiced in two instalments: 50% at kick-off and 50% at handover. All tiers include a two-week hyper-care period after the first live publishing cycle. VAT at the standard Irish rate applies to domestic clients; EU business clients with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. If your requirements sit between tiers or combine elements from two, contact us for a bespoke quote — we build custom scopes frequently.

Every engagement is led by a senior Kingsley Group strategist — not passed to a junior after the proposal stage. You have direct access to your project lead throughout, with a response time of no more than four business hours during the engagement.
We hand over every process document, template, automation rule, and playbook in an editable format your team owns outright. Nothing is locked behind a proprietary platform or requires our ongoing involvement to run.
Every tier includes a hyper-care period following the first live publishing cycle. During this window we monitor the pipeline, resolve any friction points, and answer questions from any team member using the new system.
